The only parts we hand off are the electrical and the AC, and we work alongside the licensed electrician and AC contractor we bring in on these jobs regularly. One crew, one schedule, one person to call.

When the pad, the utilities, and the septic are all one company, nothing falls between contractors, and the schedule does not stall waiting on the next trade. We have done everything on a mobile-home site except set the home itself. The mobile home company sets it, and we take it from there.
